Refund policy

RETURNS

Return requests must be submitted within 30 calendar days after confirmed delivery. Use the Contact page to request return instructions before sending an item.

To be eligible for a return, an item must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered, with its original tags attached.

RETURN SHIPPING

Customers are responsible for return shipping. If an item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, GarageHaus will cover the appropriate return shipping. No restocking fee applies.

Original shipping charges are nonrefundable.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

EXCHANGES

Exchanges are subject to available inventory.

REFUNDS

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may need additional time to post the refund.
